We lay special stress on the quality of our products. The entire preparatory procedure system has been divided into several halves. At each stage quality inspectors conduct intensive tests. Through these rigorous tests we ensure an impeccable quality and complete customer satisfaction.

• Yarn checked for imperfections such as unevenness, count variations and contamination.

• 100% gauge fabric checked for weaving and yarn faults.

• Each Lot is checked in-house for shrinkage, color fastness and weight per sq.meter (Grammage).

• During finishing, strict on-line monitoring of overall quality by experienced Quality Control Supervisors.

• After finishing, each piece of garment is checked twice by two separate Quality Controllers to ensure that no product with even minor defect is shipped.

East Asian Textiles has in-house testing laboratory to monitor colors fastness, shrinkage and weight per sq.meter etc. Technicians have been trained for conducting various types of tests. In addition, we have access to lab facilities for other kinds of testing, including:

• Count of yarn
• Fiber composition
• Light fastness
• Wash fastness
• Color fastness to rubbing
• Skewness
• Azo tests
• And many more depending upon the customers requirements 

     To accomplish the vision of quality, the Final Inspection department is inhabited by qualified professionals who check each lot of the finished fabric. This department ensures the levelness of dyeing, hand feel, softness, consistency of specified widths etc, exactly as per customer specifications.

We hold sufficient storing space to keep our products separately under proper labeling. This ensures in streamlined inventory management and easy delivery and dispatch of the products as well.

In addition to the warehousing, we also lay special emphasis on the packaging of the products to make sure that these reach safely at the desired destination. The quality packaging of the products individually as well as in bulk also negates the risk of wear and tear during the transit. The individual packing in done in rolls and the bulk is packed in bale packing and each bale is wrapped with polythene sheet or PP Woven Cloth. However the packing can be customized as per the requirements of our buyers.
